The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for managing regional SEM initiatives, capturing valuable data, and providing strategic guidance to the global and regional Consumer Marketing Team. We are seeking a candidate who thrives on data-driven performance, possesses strong attention to detail, excels in identifying patterns, developing insights, and crafting growth plans. This role is essential for instilling a data-driven mindset and positively impacting Burton’s direct business in the Americas region.
Success in this role will be measured by exceeding regional benchmarks. Performance will be assessed through enhancements in brand visibility, traffic growth, and revenue generation on Burton.com. Success will be demonstrated by the ability to provide actionable insights that shape digital marketing strategies and contribute to broader business objectives, as well as receiving positive feedback for collaborative efforts and strategic alignment with global and regional teams.
