The Head of Content is the visionary that leads the creation and execution of Red Bull Content strategy for the Australian market, including strategic long form, live events, serialized formats or single short form videos. They ensure year around relevant content for the defined playgrounds, working with the Marketing & Media Network functions to ensure a holistic content plan for the Australian Consumer and one that supports us driving brand and product love in the Australian market.

CONTENT STRATEGY & VISION
You will work with global counterparts on global strategies and ensures year-round relevant content for the defined audiences across multiple platforms. You will have an understanding and ability to critically analyse platform insights, content habits and consumer trends to support great content outcomes and strong ROI as well as the ability to critically analyse current content performance and suggest & implement options to improve.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION
You will set quality, cost efficient and creative standards for the development, production and commissioning of content in the market working closely with wider marketing team and talent on creative ideation and business planning processes which will develop marketing & content led initiatives. You will Identify and develop new story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities (Athlete Projects, Opinion Leaders, Events, Team Presentations, On Premise, Consumption Occasions). The Head of Content will work closely with Global Stakeholders and networks on content development, global projects, new ideas and taking on feedback related to our local content outputs.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
You will recruit, engage, coach & develop a small & agile content team: Content Producer & Production Manager (PT). As part of the wider Red Bull Media Network Leadership team, you will coach the business and Marketing team on content strategy, outcomes and review performance on a regular basis as well as oversee the execution and production of content, guiding the local team through the process from concept phase to final delivery. As the Head of Content you will serve as the main point of content for all Content-related matters, aligning and collaborating regularly with international Red Bull producers and HQ stakeholders, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines
CONTENT OPERATIONS
You will have the responsibility of the full budget, including sourcing competitive quotes, negotiating with vendors and keeping track of budgets on day-to-day basis. You will Complete & participate in regular external supplier tenders for event & content production capabilities and chose competitive partners that will add to the positive outcomes of our projects as well as manage our edit suite space to a high standard and with high usage rates to drive strong ROIs for the business
