As the Salomon brand & team continue to expand in Australia & New Zealand, we are excited to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage paid and social media channels and to develop consumer relationships, build brand equity, help consumers discover and purchase our products and accelerate business growth.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing for Salomon, identify opportunities and building strategy across TOF, MOF and BOF channels
- Plan and execute paid media campaign briefs across Google and Paid Social channels, managing relationships with our external PPC agency.
- Plan and manage advertising budget required to achieve Salomon business objectives and be responsible for ad budget forecasting
- A solid understanding of PPC advertising including marketing strategy, structure of Meta and Google ad accounts, GA4 and insights on best practices.
- Manage and lead the CRM and Email specialist function, currently a single reporting line
Social Media:
- Lead the growth strategy of our local social media account (@SALOMONAUSNZ).
- Day-to-day channel management including posting, scheduling, replying to DMs and comments for our local social media accounts
- Work with marketing, athletes and influencers to define, improve and grow our local and global content funnel
- Create engaging social media content. Basic skills in photography, videography and editing are a bonus

We’re looking to bring on an experienced Digital Marketing expert with an insatiable drive to work with the Salomon ANZ team to take us to the next level. Our plans are ambitious and we’re truly excited about the future and what we can achieve.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in with Digital Marketing, Social Media or Content Creation.
- A passion for sport and experience within retail, lifestyle, outdoor channel
- Strong analytical skills, a love of data and metrics
- A highly engaging communication style with an authentic ability to tell stories through the numbers
- Relationship building skills and the ability to influence.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a can-do-attitude
