As the Director of Merchandising and Design at Skullcandy, you will provide visionary leadership to our product team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our line plan architecture by different consumer needs and channel segmentation. You’ll manage seasonal and annual business teardowns and present them back to partners to influence the line plan evolution. Your partnership and influence are vital to delivering product detail information to the global general managers and executive leadership team. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams, overseeing the conceptualization, design, and merchandising of products that not only meet but exceed Skullcandy’s brand identity and consumer expectations.
