Digital Product Manager Full Time

The Digital Product Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of YETI ANZ’s online businesses and collaboration with our agency to optimise our digital marketing channels. The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our ecommerce operations including process improvement, digital project management, digital workflow operations, customer experience, and lead custom product workflows.

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Website Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital operational efficiency
• Monitor website KPIs to track and analyse operational performance and take appropriate actions to meet or exceed targets
• Monitor key trade KPIs and work with wider ecommerce team to support meeting or exceed targets
• Work with Customer Service Manager on optimising the site to ease workflow for customer service team and end consumer

Ecommerce Digital Project Management:

• Support Sr Manager on digital projects across DTC, B2B, and Wholesale sites
• Support Sr Manager on DTC and B2B customisation tool
• Lead all operations and workflows for customization product tool

Continuous Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
• Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement and implement appropriate solutions
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital ops

Digital Marketing:

• Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, paid social, paid media, and email marketing, to drive website traffic and online sales.
• Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
• Work closely with marketing department on digital marketing asset creation.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in in business, or a related field preferred
• At least 6 years experience as an Ecommerce Digital Operations Manager or in a similar role in the retail industry
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, operations, and logistics processes
• Proficient in using a wide range of digital programs and platforms, such as inventory management systems, order management systems, ERP systems, and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Monday, Asana, DEAR)
• Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications
• Experience in implementing and optimising ecommerce processes, workflows, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
• Knowledge of fulfillment and shipping practices, including warehouse management, order processing, and carrier integration
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive process improvements
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality assurance
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ecommerce, operations, and technology
