Performance Marketing Coordinator Full Time

Vuori is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our E-Commerce team and support the acquisition of new customers through paid channels. This role is for you if you’re curious about all verticals of performance media. You are extremely organized, hands-on in-platform, proactive, and work well with autonomy while being a collaborative and cross-functional partner.

What you’ll get to do:

• Support in execution and optimization of Vuori’s acquisition marketing objectives in relevant paid channels including but not limited to TikTok, Pinterest, Native, and other digital marketing channels.
• Support acquisition team with creative requests and project coordination within Asana.
• Support acquisition team with channel performance reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
• Support the evolution of our acquisition strategy with an iterative test and learn approach evaluating new platforms, audiences, ad formats, placements, creative, etc.
• Coordinate the relationships and streamline influencer content by partnering with internal teams.
• Supporting in the creative briefing for digital ads.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Analytically minded and creative thinker
• Highly organized with the capabilities to manage multiple work streams at one point in time
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in Asana or a similar platform is nice to have.
• Experience with reporting and analytics in Google Sheets or Excel either in a classroom or previous work setting
• Experience with creative briefings or similar responsibilities
• Experience with working with external partners or influencers is a nice to have
• Hands-on experience in any digital marketing channels or certifications from those platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) are nice to have
• Analytics (GA4, Google Analytics, Adobe, Shopify) experience and certification is nice to have.

The salary range for this role is $25 per hour – $27 per hour.
