Influencer Marketing Specialist Full Time

OVERVIEW: 

The ideal candidate will be very creative, analytical and will help to coordinate our digital media influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding to post-campaign reporting. With a broad understanding of the influencer marketing space, this person will be an extremely effective communicator, and has a passion for networking and building relationships with other people. They will take on an active role in managing and scaling our influencer marketing program and will report directly to the Manager of Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.

ALOHA Collection is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Craft innovative/advantageous partnerships with social media influencers/ambassadors who can drive orders, spread positive word of mouth, and increase overall brand reach.
• Ensure campaign and briefings are executed correctly and on time, and optimize strategy when necessary.
• Own and scale ambassador community member program while simultaneously supporting paid ambassador program day to day functions
• Adept at managing and owning cross-functional workflows
• Manage and scale organic gifting efforts
• Managing and expanding our program for influencer store visits to support retail
• On-site event support
• Assist with overall budgeting including promo forecasting
• Strategize with the Sr. Manager of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to ensure partnerships are driving cost efficient customer acquisition and make real-time necessary updates to partnerships in an effort to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to ensure that content and influencers are well aligned with brand goals.
• Pull and interpret ad hoc and monthly reporting with key influencer metrics such as ROI, CPA, engagement rate, etc.
• Stay in tune with the ever-changing Influencer Marketing landscape cross platform (IG, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch etc.)
• Assist with contract execution and redlines
• Responsible for recap reports
• Optimize and manage workflows
• Affiliate program support
• Special project strategy ownership and support

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing
• Strategic mindset with experience leading and executing influencer marketing strategies
• Proven ability to deliver metric driven results
• Familiarity with influencer marketing software
• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Deep analytical experience and ability to evaluate social metrics and apply a data-centric approach to testing and optimizing content
